Beta terms of use
Effective 16 October 2026
PrimeOne lets users discover properties, submit listings for review, express interest and communicate. This beta does not process a property purchase, tenancy deposit, binding auction bid or paid seller plan. Sample properties are illustrations and are not offers.
Listings and sellers
Sellers must have authority to advertise the property, use accurate details and media they are permitted to publish, and comply with applicable property advertising rules. Listings require manual approval. A registration number entered in a form is not proof that an agent or property has been verified. Buyers should check identity and property details independently, including an agent’s official registration where applicable.
Safe use
Do not send deposits, passwords or identity documents through chat. Do not post misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or infringing material. Use the listing report control to flag suspected fraud or inaccurate content. PrimeOne may reject, remove or restrict content and accounts when warranted by a review.
Availability and changes
Features can change during beta and may be unavailable. Property information comes from sellers and should be checked before you make commitments. Paid services, if introduced, will have their own published prices and terms before any charge is collected.
