PrimeOne is a property discovery service in beta. We use account email and authentication data to operate sign-in; listing and media details to display properties; and enquiries, chat and reports to provide the features you choose to use.

Property views and contact

Browsing is private by default. If you choose to share your profile, a seller may see your display name when you view their listing. A separate choice permits that seller to start an in-app conversation. You can turn those choices off in Your preferences. Interest and chat actions disclose your account to the relevant seller or buyer.

Who can access data

Published property details are public. Account, conversation, verification and report information is limited to the relevant participants and authorised reviewers. Our infrastructure providers process data needed to host the service, authenticate users and store media. Live video and payments are disabled in this beta.

Your choices

You can adjust view-sharing and contact preferences in your account. For access, correction or deletion requests, or questions about our handling of personal data, contact support@primeone.properties. We may need to keep records needed for dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal duties. Please do not put identity documents in listing descriptions, chats or report text.

Security and retention

We use access controls and private media storage. We retain account and service records while needed to operate the service and review legitimate complaints. A detailed retention schedule and the operating entity’s formal data protection contact will be published before general release.
